In many ways, it doesn't seem that long since I left CCS, but when I think about what has happened since I realise it must be quite a lot of years really!

After finishing school I went on to study A-levels and then Architecture at Manchester University. I now work 4 days a week for a Manchester based firm of architects who specialise in social housing.

For the last 5 years I have been involved with Dignity, a Christian charity working in rural Zambia, travelling out to Zambia every autumn to help with the "hands on" work of the organisation. I also volunteer in the Didsbury office one day a week, helping with the "behind the scenes" stuff. We work with some of the poorest and most vulnerable people in the world to lift the weight of poverty, both physical and spiritual, off them and help them discover their God-given potential.

The education I was given at CCS has stood me in good stead as my career has developed. CCS was also key to helping me grow and develop in my faith, an integral part of my life.
